Job Description

Our client based in Benoni and Florida is currently seeking agents to join their dynamic team.

Purpose of the Job
To market all products and services to new and existing clients in order to achieve agreed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
1) Engages with clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships.
2) Acts as primary contact between clients and Affinity Health for purposes of:
2.1) negotiating prices within the parameters of the Authority Framework
2.2) providing customised group scheme solutions
2.3) problem/issue resolution
3) Markets products and services in the region to achieve agreed sales targets.
4) Communicates concerns relating to service delivery to National Corporate Business Executive and ensures resolution thereof.
5) Stays abreast of and informs the National Corporate Business Executive of changing market and competitor trends.
6) Reports sales statistics to the National Corporate Business Executive on a weekly basis.
7) Maintains a current and updated database on all clients in own portfolio.
8) Keeps informed of legislative requirements pertaining to the medical sector.
9) Provides customised medical and healthcare group scheme solutions through an in-depth understanding of specific client needs relating to their medical and healthcare in order to ensure fast and effective execution.
10) Prepares and presents business proposals to existing and potential clients as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1) Matric certificate or relevant sales or marketing qualification.
2) 7 years sales experience in a related industry or 3 years in a business-to-business sales environment experience.
3) Travel around Gauteng
